Sloppy Push-ups

  1. Lie on your stomach with your hands out in front of you
  2. Keep your lower body on the floor and use your arms to slowly raise your upper body
  3. Your hands may need to be positioned further out to fully extend your elbows while your pelvis remains on the floor
  4. Keep your back muscles relaxed and repeat the movement
  5. Complete the necessary repetitions as prescribed by your clinician
