Sloppy Push-ups

- Lie on your stomach with your hands out in front of you
- Keep your lower body on the floor and use your arms to slowly raise your upper body
- Your hands may need to be positioned further out to fully extend your elbows while your pelvis remains on the floor
- Keep your back muscles relaxed and repeat the movement
- Complete the necessary repetitions as prescribed by your clinician
